I-9 Employee Verification
Bobette’s Mobile Notay can provide Form I-9 services to assist employers with Form I9 Employment Eligibility Verification, for both local and remote hires. We can work with employers on-site or our mobile service can visit employees directly. To contract services for Form I‐9 Employment Eligibility Verification, review and complete the Authorized Representative Agreement.

Travel Fee
NOTARY SERVICE
Texas Government Code § 406.024 sets out the standard fees a notary public may charge for notary public services. All services provided by YRMN will incur a travel charge separate from Texas notary fees.
Notary Fee (30 minutes)
- Notary charge $10
- Administering an oath or affirmation $10
- Certified copy (copies not included, must be made by the notary) $6
- Every 15 minutes past the first 30 minutes $10/15 minutes
Travel
Travel Fee plus Notary Fee
We use a flat rate mileage structure and calculate distance from 75035 ZIP code
- Notarization within 20 miles (40 miles round trip) $60
- After first 20 miles (40 miles round trip), each mile $2
- After hours 6pm to 9pm, 6 am to 9am – additional $30
- Emergency and weekends – additional $30
- No Show after 30 minute wait, full fee will be assessed
Location Charges
- Jails and Detention Centers 1 hour at location – additional $100
- Excessive Wait Time per hour, more than 30 minutes past allotted time at location – additional $45
- DFW Airport Terminal Fee – additional $75
Escrow and Real Estate Closings Charges
- Single Loan Closing (15 miles of travel one way included) $150
- Printing of electronic documents, up to 100 pages $25
- Printing additional pages, per page $0.25
- Fax/Digital up to 15 pages $20
- Travel and non-closing fee. This fee is due if notary travels to
- location and borrower refuses to sign $100
- Cancellation Fee, applied with 2-hours or less notice $50
Legal Courier Services
This service is for Law Firms needing to have a document delivered to a court or another law firm.
- Per Package: $40.00
- Rush Delivery: $80.00
