General Questions
A Notary Signing Agent (NSA) is a commissioned notary public who is specially trained to handle and notarize loan documents. NSAs play a key role in real estate closings by ensuring that all documents are properly signed, dated, and notarized.
While both are commissioned notaries, a Signing Agent has additional training and certification to handle complex loan packages for real estate transactions, often working with title companies, lenders, and escrow officers.

At the Signing
Each signer must present a valid government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
A typical signing takes about 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the loan package and the number of signers.
I can describe the general purpose of each document, but I cannot offer legal advice or interpret loan terms.
If you have questions about your loan, I will pause the signing so you can contact your lender or escrow officer directly.
Fees & Payment
Loan signing fees vary depending on the type of loan, location, and time of appointment. Please contact me for a custom quote.
